    M/S as a young boy drives along in a pedal car pulling a very small speedboat. M/S as one races across the lake, another is put in water, crowds watch. M/S of the boats lined up, they shoot off across the water. Various shots as they speed around the pool while children watch. M/S back view as men watch them go around. "Betty" is the winner, someone writes on a scoreboard. M/S of the engine, M/S of the designers working on the boat. M/S of people in the crowd.
