This seems to be a duplicate of item 3432.12 - check for best quality.

Note: C/U of Don Bradman missing from this version - I think it is in other version - JH 2002.

This is possibly cuts for the story "They're Well After Those Ashes" from G 1706. There are no intertitles but here is information from old record. See 3440.02 for cut story.

"They're well after those "Ashes". Australian team - within a few hours of landing - start "shoulder opening" practice at Lord's "the home of cricket." London.
    W. M. Woodfull - Captain.
    C. V. Grimmett - googly bowler and splendid bat.
    P. H. Hornibrook - left-hand bowler and bat.
    E. L. A'Beckett - the all rounder of the team.
Young Don Bradman - Australia's most prolific batsman.

Please let Pathe know if you recognise any of the other players seen - good C/Us of various Australian team members. Shots of the team practising their catching skills. Nice team shots.

Note: original film held in cricket cans.
