    Various shots kids outside ABC cinema. They are either dressed as Guy Fawkes or are standing next to Guy dummies. Several judges walk along the line. Judges Trevor Smith (Birmingham City footballer) and Valerie Humphreys of the Evening Dispatch newspaper present the first prize to Sylvia and Dennis Van-Asten, the second prize goes to Paul Heath.
