Full title reads: "Ardmore, Pa. 'There's nothing left for him to win now!' Bobby Jones golf wizard becomes four-fold champion by winning America 'open'."

Ardmore, Pennsylvania, United States of America (USA).

Two golfers tee off closely watched by gathered crowd. The gallery follow the players down the fairway.

Shots of the two players taking putts on green.

The golfers move on to the next tee and both make good drives. They move off and once again are followed by large crowds.

    They putt out again.

Bobby Jones is presented with medals and trophy for winning the American Open Golf Championship.

N.B. This item is stored in 1930's Extras Can 5 not in the Newsreel.

I think this is actually the US Amateur Championship played at the Merion Golf Course. Jones beat Eugene Homans 8 & 7. This Championship win meant that Jones completed the Grand Slam.
