Full title reads: "THE TRAGEDY AT YARMOUTH
Long line of fishing boats is seen sailing in line towards harbour carrying tons of herrings to shore. When brought ashore - possibly due to such a large quantities offered - there were no bids for the fish. Tons of fish were returned to sea.
