  • "It is a Focke-Wulf 'Enle' or 'Ente'" - eliminating the current doubt, the aircraft seen here is a Focke-Wulf F19 Ente (meaning "Duck"), Reg. No. D-1960.

    "The Hon Mrs Victor Bruce was, before her marriage, Mary Petre" - she was born Mildred Mary Petre.

    Only two of this aircraft were ever built, and here we're seeing the second one.
