    Story about the building of the Scar House Dam near Bradford in Yorkshire.

    The dam is situated a few miles north of Pateley Bridge on the River Nidd. High angle shot of the dam under construction. Various shots of cranes, the dam walls, the foundations, workers walking along the top of the construction etc. Camera pans to show the where the river enters the dam. Low angle shot of one of the towers of the dam, camera tilts down to show the depth of the dam.

    High angle panning shot of the bottom of the dam. M/S of men at work. M/S of side of the dam with a bucket being lifted up from the bottom. M/S of items being lowered into the dam by cranes. Landscape shots showing the countryside surrounding the dam. Rainbow spans the sky.
