The narrator informs us that it weighs over 160 tons and it will be used for an "Indian steel rolling mill". L/S of man examining the large cogs and wheels of the machine. L/S of man closing the starting switch and the large rotary wheel starts to turn around. The narrator calls the machine "A real triumph for British engineers." L/S's numerous workers cheering.
