L/S of royal ship "Gothic" approaching the dock, various shots of naval personnel waiting. The Governor General and Prime Minister, Mr Holland, line up on the quay. M/S as Queen Elizabeth II descends the steps followed by Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, they greet various dignitaries and officials. M/S of sailors lined up, the Queen walks over to inspect them in the rain. L/S of people crowded into the city. C/U policeman and Guards, the crowds cheer as royal procession drives by.
