"Ever since the immortal Tortoise and Hare race, folk have been inventing other queer ones - and the latest is the Terrapin Trail! Numbering off - " M/S of a group of men, one of whom is painting a number on the shell of a terrapin. C/U of money on a table, gambling on the terrapins obviously. The terrapin is placed on the table and it walks around. "They're off! The "Speed Kings" dig in their toe nails and make for outside the white circle!" M/S of large number of terrapins being let loose on a field which has white circular markings on it. C/U of men looking very excited. One looks through binoculars, the other waves his hat. "Bingle" wins - 100 feet in 1-min 30 sec flat! (very!)" C/U of a terrapin crossing the line.
