M/S of a man standing behind a huge motor pacing machine; it looks like a very large motorcycle. The man who usually rides the machine, Mr PF Morris stands beside the machine in biking gear and a helmet. Morris gives us more information about the machine and points out things of interest about the cycle, which was built around 1905.
A young man standing with a bicycle tells us the 'forks' (?) are in reverse on the bike so you can get closer to your pacemaker and have less wind resistance. Several shots of the pacemaker motorbike riding around the track, with a man on a bike following close behind. A man off-camera says the pacemaker is doing 40 miles an hour.
