Full title reads: "Hanworth, Middx. 'The Motor cycle of the Air' The £200 6 hp 'plane for 'Mr Everybody' - makes strikingly successful debut."
Four men gather around the nose of a very small aircraft. They are discussing the importance of making flying as cheap as possible to make it available to all. The two men who are talking discuss the relatively low power of the machine and discuss whether it could be used for racing.
The plane takes off from a field. It looks as if it is having some difficulty getting airborne - the small engine makes it sound like an early microlite, it sounds as if it is running on a very small motorcycle engine. It doesn't look terribly stable in flight. Another of the same type of plane flies up to join it.
One of the planes comes down to land - it is buffeted by the wind.
