"Marconi" is Guglielmo Marconi.
The wedding took place on 15 June 1927. The location for the wedding was the Basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli, in Rome.
The man in robes, seen from 00:11 onwards, is Cardinal Evarido Lucidi, who conducted the wedding ceremony.
