Title stating issue number 385 appears at beginning of the story with static cartoon characters.

Shots of women at work. Apparently they are building a college. Construction work - mixing mortar, sifting cement, shovelling sand into a wheelbarrow etc. They wear dungarees and men's shirts. They laugh as they work. Horses draw a cart along followed by women workers. At 5 o'clock the (male) boss waves them off.
