    German children visit a zoo where they can feed and pet the animals.

    Introductory intertitle reads: "In Germany they have a special zoo for young animals of all types and sizes."

    High angle shot of a group of schoolboys sitting on a hill above a model village. Guinea pigs or similar animals run around the houses and some of the boys hold creatures and stroke them . It is a very cute scene. M/S of three children sitting on a wall watching goats wandering around the miniature village. C/U of guinea pigs. Various shots of the zoo. It is like an urban farm with the children being able to pet the animals. They are mostly goats although there is a short shot of a monkey on a leash and a llama wanders around. C/U of an antelope type animal being fed with a baby's bottle. C/U of a lion cub snarling at the camera. A little girl feeds a goat with a bottle. C/U of chimpanzee eating a piece of bread. L/S of goats and pigs being let out of an enclosure. High angle of the children crowded around a kiosk where they can buy bottles of milk to feed the animals.

    M/S of a baby elephant going over to the kiosk and helping itself to some of the food available. M/S of two girls feeding goats with bottles. L/S of the scene - showing more children feeding animals.

    C/U of the elephant, still helping itself. L/S showing little pigs snuffling on the ground for the bits the elephant has dropped.

    Note: quite a cute little film.
