    "Captain F.W. Hedges" is Frederick William Hedges.

    Hedges didn't claim his VC until May 1919, so I think we can therefore assume that the footage was shot in 1919. Certainly 1914-18 doesn't fit the bill.

    "Captain Hedges & wife" - she was still his fiancee at the time, and was named Mollie Kenworthy.
