L/S Tracking shot, horses approach jump No.3. the bunch jump behind Brian Oge and Fresh Winds, who jumped out of picture, pan to Brian Oge and Fresh Winds as they approach jump No.4, pan to the pack as they start to jump No.4. Horses approaching jump No.5, Kingstel, Imposant leading the pack over jump No.5. horses approaching Bechers Brian Oge, Carrasco, Taxidermist and Grifel. L/S Pan to the leader Fresh Winds way ahead of the field clears No.7 followed by a rider-less mount. L/S Grifel's jockey remounting at Bechers collects his crop and then goes off down the course. L/S Leader, Fresh Winds jumps Canal Turn followed by Imposant and Sabaria. Crowd shot. L/S Tracking shot as Fresh Winds jumps Valentines, pan with him as he races with rider-less horse beside and then over jump No.10, pan to the pack coming over No.10, where Relief falls, pan to rider-less horse galloping along a road. L/S Fresh Winds clears jump No.12 and the pack start to jump with Imposant leading them.

L/S Men looking through binoculars. L/S Pan, Fresh Winds takes water jump and rest of the pack following. L/S Fresh takes water jump and rest of the pack following. L/S Fresh Winds leading pack into the bend. L/S Pan as Fresh Winds leads the pack round the bend for the start of the second circuit. M/S Crowd shot. L/S Tracking shot as pack approaches jump No.19, Fresh Winds leads them over but falls and leaves the lead to the eventual winner Nicolaus Silver and Jon Jo. M/S Tracking shot as leaders jump No.20 Merriman comes into picture and joins the leaders, Nicolaus Silver and Wyndburgh on the far side and all three take No.21.

L/S Horses approach Bechers for the second time, Nicolaus Silver and Merriman jump just before Wyndburgh. L/S Horses approaching canal turn, Merriman leading jumps, Nicolaus Silver takes it very wide and jumps second. L/S Tracking shot, as the leaders approach Valentines, Merriman jumps first, Kilmore second then Nicolaus Silver, pan with these three as they come to jump No.26, Merriman jumps followed by the other two as they gallop to no.27 Merriman still leads. M/S Relief's jockey B. Ponomarenko walking back to stables. Horses approach last jump with Nicolaus Silver leading, he jumps followed by Merriman and O'Malley Point and the rest of the field. L/S Pan, Nicolaus Silver coming down home strait about two lengths clear from Merriman and pulling away passes the finish line.
