    Various shots of hastily put up shacks in the gold rush town of Mesquite Springs. Good shots of people arriving in cars, carts, on foot and on donkeys - a cute little baby donkey / foal follows. Men are seen using makeshift equipment to shake the gold free from clods of earth. In the town we see a man having a shave under the canopy of an open air barbers; exterior of a bank, established to deal with the gold; men drinking in a makeshift bar and exchanging gold dust for cash on the street.
