Young King rides through crowded streets of Brussels to the Chamber of Deputies. Picture disappears for several seconds while sound remains. People use periscopes to be able to see the new King. King rides through the crowded streets. King stops in front of the Chamber of Deputies - Belgian Parliament. He dismounts and shakes hands with several men.
King leaving the building after taking the Oath of Allegiance, he shakes hands with several people and rides back to the Palace. People cheer on the way. Picture disappears again for the several seconds - the sound remains. When the picture reappears King is seen entering the palace gate. Crowds in front of Palace cheer. Picture disappears again while cheering lasts for several more seconds.
