Joe Noble animation. A woman's face is drawn through stop frame animation. A caption appears: "Nature's Masterpiece." The picture changes into a kind of x-ray image to show how the human eye works. Drawing of a cross section of the human eye. The eye is likened to a camera. The parts of a camera are compared to the parts of an eye - lens, iris, etc. "Everyone knows both have a shutter - cartoon of a woman winking as a camera shutter opens and closes. The workings of the eye are explained. Eyesight problems are detailed - long sight and short sight. The principles of how glass cut slanted will "bend" light rays is explained. We then see an assortment of spectacles. M/S of a woman taking a pair of fold up spectacles out of a case. She unfolds them and puts them on. She smiles at the camera - Mrs Noble perhaps. C/U of another pair of spectacles being unfolded. They are placed on the woman's face and she smiles at the camera. Glamour shot of the same girl looking very sophisticated in a beret and smoking a cigarette in a long holder. "Grotesque, too, as you like it"

C/U of the woman in a rather unflattering pair of spectacles. Man in white coat puts on a rather heavy pair of spectacles. Bizarre shot of glasses which have some kind of veil attached - very odd! The veil is lifted up to show that the lenses are somehow part of the veil. Peculiar! We are shown "Glasses light enough to sleep in -" C/U of woman sleeping wearing her glasses. "A brain wave - why not spectacles to match what you're looking at? For instance - " Animated sequence shows a woman wearing propeller shaped glasses "for watching flying", horseshoe shaped glasses for watching a Polo match, a boxing glove shaped monocle for watching a boxing match and heart shaped specs for watching flirting. For all these special glasses, live action footage appears behind the cartoon drawing of the woman modelling them. The boxing sequence features a woman boxer fighting a man. For the heart shaped glasses the words come up on screen "Sorry Lads, You're all too young!" then Joe Noble's signature appears.
