Arizona, in the United States of America, the prohibition era. Full titles read: "The end of "John Barleycorn". Prohibition is quickly becoming a fact in practice as well as in law."

M/S of men in overcoats and various hats pouring emptying bottles of alcohol into a large tank (what a waste!). M/S We see the large tank is in actually fact horse drawn and it is towed away down the dusty street. The men in overcoats stand on the side of the tank. Some wave their hats at the following local crowd. A liquid (presumably the alcohol, beer) is sprayed from the back of the tank all over the street. Many of the following crowd are following on various sit up and beg type bicycles, while some simply follow on foot.

Humorous M/S, as the wagon passes down the street a man runs after it with a small container collecting as much liquid as possible and hurriedly drinking it before running to get some more. Many of the watching crowd laugh at his antics.
