    The Epsom Derby with natural sound, Surrey.

    Full titles read: "THE DERBY IN SOUND 1929"

    L/S's of the large crowds situated around the grounds, many people hold umbrellas. L/S's of people in the grandstands. L/S's of people queuing for at betting stalls. Several more shots of the grounds. L/S and high angle shot of the horses and jockeys being led down the race track to the start.

    Intertitle reads: "Kopi falls"

    L/S of runners and riders coming around tight bend, one horse slips (presumably Kopi) and the horse and jockey are sent sprawling to the ground. High angle shots of the race in progress.
