    The French-owned horse, "Monsieur L'Admiral", wins the Cesarewitch at Newmarket Race Course. L/S of the horses parading round the paddock before the start of the race. Elevated view of the horses passing the finishing post with "Monsieur L'Admiral" winning, "Ford Transport" comes second. M/S of "Monsieur L'Admiral" with jockey Harry Wragg, being led through the crowds. Wragg dismounts. L/S of crowd of spectators.

    Other horses in race are "Tony Lumpkin", "Foxnail", "Reynard Volant" and "Willy".
