Onboard ship men attaching hose for pumping oil to storage tank on land, camera pans along the pipes showing them running off the ship to the storage tanks.

GV. Night time - believe Regent Street - the rush hour, buses etc. SCU. Mass of people boarding bus. LV. Entrance to Oxford Street tube Station showing queues formed outside waiting for entrance. LV. Pan along pavement showing people queuing, waiting to get into station where the gates are closed. AS. Sign over station "It's Quicker by Tube". AS. People coming down escalators, & SV. LV. Packed escalators, & SV. SV. People arriving at bottom of escalator. GV. Along platform, tubes with people packing themselves into the train.

SV. Pan, second hand car dealer's place showing lined up cars. CU. Car marked £99 this has been crossed out and replaced with £69. SV. Car with 'Suez Special' written on windscreen. Man cleaning off the first figure of its price and paints '1' in its place making the cost of the car £19. CU. A bottle being emptied into the petrol tank of a car. Bottle is marked 'Scotsman Head Whiskey'. SV. Man, after having put whiskey in tank goes round and gets in car. SV. Car drives away up road rather fast.
