    Titles read: "THE ARMY'S NAVY".

Location of events unknown - somewhere off the coast of Britain.

Various shots show the work of the patrol boats of the seagoing branch of the Royal Army Services Corps. Good shots of several large RASC motorboats at sea.

One of the Army patrol boats pays a visit to a light naval craft and speaks to the Commander, as part of a routine inspection of coastal shipping. A river barge is also inspected. An officer goes aboard and looks at the cargo. A message regarding the barge, "The Happy Sue" is sent back to base by a radio operator (natural sound).
