Titles read: 'NOW Pathe Pictorial has pleasure in presenting - The ARGENTINA ACCORDION BAND (Directed by Pietro Diego) in a special arrangement of 'In a Monastery Garden'.'
Pathe Studio, London.
On a set dressed to look like an exotic or Mediterranean garden we see various shots of six men playing accordions playing 'In A Monastery Garden', accompanied by a man on the piano and one on bells and percussion. A man, presumably Pietro Diego, conducts the band. They all wear Argentinian-style costume of jackets and trousers with embroidery and sashes.
Shots are intercut showing monks and clergymen walking around large grounds or gardens and feeding fish in a pond. Greek orthodox (?) priests are seen in some shots. Other monks (Tibetan?) walk through cloisters.
