    Item title reads - CHARFIELD Terrible railway disaster. 14 killed in triple collision, fire from escaping gas and petrol from wrecked goods train, added to its horrors. Charfield.

    L/S of people stood around the track, a carriage looks to be upside down and smouldering. L/S of smoke coming out of wreckage. Various shots of the wreckage of the train which is completely devastated, many bits are not recognisable. M/S of railway bridge with bits of debris on top.

    This accident happened on 13th October 1928.
    Official toll was 16 fatalities, 41 injured.
