    The location here is Savoy Place, outside the Institution of Electrical Engineers.

    "small square sun powered car" - it's a 1912 Baker electric brougham.

    "'World's First Sun Powered Automobile International Rectifier" - should read World's first sun-powered automobile, made by the International Rectifier Corporation.

    "M/S of them driving along" - they're exiting on to Victoria Embankment.
