Man on a roof of a hotel in the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin in Paris threatens to commit suicide. Police and fire fighters work together to try to bring him down safely. MS a few people outside door; waiting. Fireman emerges holding is helmet. Next the unhappy would-be suicide; held by police officer & fire fighter(?) is escorted away.
