L/S of an art class in the open air. Women dressed in old fashioned costumes walk amongst the students. These are genuine vintage costumes from the collection of the Worthing Museum and Art Gallery which are on loan to the college. The narrator describes various dresses as we see C/Us of the models and details of their clothes. Over the shoulder shot of one of the student's artwork. Students are seen sketching at easels and drawing whilst sitting on the grass. Narrator explains that some of the accessories worn by the models have been designed by the students.
We see a contemporary outfit designed by one of the students as a contrast to the vintage costumes. The modern outfit features a bizarre black and white hat and when the model stands up and walks away from the camera we see that the outfit she wears is a kind of play suit. It buttons up the back and ends just under the bottom - bizarre!
Note: there is a list of students and models in the documentation file - too many to type in.
