MS Motorcade arrives bringing Senegalese President, Leopold Sedar Senghor and West German President Lubke. Various shots, audience seated quietly in the hall, in the audience are Lubke, Senghor and Brandt. CU Dignitaries in the audience including Lubke, Senghor and Brandt. Various shots outside St. Paul's Church where an armoured car or police carrier stands in the middle of the street with German police on foot and on horseback watching a group of students gathering. There is no concerted action and the demonstrators are driven back.
