Several shots of Butty turning around with the chair and the girl still 'in his mouth'. The girl is Margaret Ross, a young singer. Butty does most of his training in Joe Bloom's gymnasium in London.
M/S of Butty lifting the weights. Margaret sits on the weights and Butty cheerfully moves around, calling two young men to join Margaret. They come and stand one at each side of a weight and Butty lifts them all and spins them around. On Butty's left is Noel Cantwell, captain of West Ham football team, and on his right is entertainer Joe Lynch.
Two men hug so Butty can attach a belt around their shoulders. He, then lifts the belt and men from the ground and spins them. Cut to C/U shot of a man's face - former World's flyweight champion Rinty Monaghan. Butty and Monaghan are good friends - informs the voiceover.
Butty takes two thick, long, ropes and ties them around his shoulders. Three men come at each side and pull the ropes. Butty struggles to stay in the middle.
Finally, Rinty Monaghan uses Butty's stomach as punching bag until Butty prevents him by putting his hand on Rinty's forehead - cartoon stuff!
