"When tackled from behind, try this - " Our instructors slowly show how to deal with this kind of attack. "A waist grip is best stopped this way - slowly, first - " She grabs the waistband of his trousers. C/U of him grabbing her hand and applying pressure with his thumbs to prize her hand off. He then turns around and runs behind the woman, bending her arm back. He puts his foot behind one of hers and pulls her over. "Now, speedily - " He makes a grab for her waistband she prizes his hand off and pulls him over.

We see some of the defence techniques in slow motion. She throws him to the ground. "Another slow "show" view - " Another throw is shown. "A blow is avoided this way - " He makes to strike her and she catches his wrist. She bends him over backwards and throws him to the ground. "And this chin "throw" is one of the most effective of all - " Slow motion of her grabbing him by the chin and forcing him to the ground.
