(This is a jumbled up collection of shots.) Opens with short CU of lady pinning shamrocks on soldiers who are holding bagpipes. LS same; with line of soldiers in BG. Back to CU of lady pinning shamrocks. CU Lady pins shamrock on one soldier. Band of bagpipes and drums marching through yard; curving toward camera; wall in BG with a few men standing under tall arch. CU group of soldiers; with a young soldier holding leash of mascot Irish Wolfhound in FG; dog takes a few steps to right.

LONDON IRISH RIFLES 1914 -1918. The location of this presentation is the Royal Military Asylum, Chelsea (better known as the Duke of York's Headquarters, King's Road, Chelsea). The traffic moving at the rear of the pipers is going along King's Road itself.
