A boys bagpipe and drum band in full Scottish kit march towards the camera - they are lead by a cook carrying a Christmas Pudding. As the band come round the corner a large group of boys from the Dr Barnardos home come rushing out - cheering.
Behind the band is a small trolley on which stands Father Christmas / Santa Claus. The boys are all gathered around him - they are all wearing their Boy Scouts uniforms. Santa is handing out presents to the crowd of cheering boys.
The boys form up next to Santa and sing 'Here we come a wassailing'. Some of the younger boys are wearing Cub Scout uniform.
