  • "Portsmouth beats Scunthorpe with 4 goals to nil in a cup replay football match" - the match was an F.A. Cup 4th round 2nd replay. It took place on 8 February 1954.

    "Froggart" in text and tags should read Jack Froggatt, (3 changes needed in all).

    "Malan" is Norman Malan.

    "Henderson" is Jackie Henderson.

    "Harris" is Peter Harris.

    "Gill" is Mervyn Gill.
