British boxer Frank Hope backing away. They exchange blows, break away. SCU. Jenkins swings a right to Hope's head, but Hope's left lands on Jenkins' chest and pushes him back. Jenkins swings a left which Hope also stops with his right. Hope tries a left, but it does not connect. They break. They go into a clinch. CU. Man watching. SCU. Hope watching for an opening, swings with left then both exchange blows. Break. Jenkins swings at Hope. Jenkins then lands four jabs with his left to Hope's body, last lands. SV. Both exchanging blow for blow. CU. Man watching. SCU. Hope on the attack swings a left to Jenkins' head. Coloured boy ducks, blow lands on his neck, he is slightly put off balance, falls against ropes. Hope swings at him but none connect with any effect. Jenkins moves from ropes, Hope follows him forcing him into the corner with a flurry of blows, but once again none really connect or do any damage. They clinch. Referee steps in to part them, they break as scene ends. SC. Hope on the attack forcing Jenkins to ropes in a flurry of blows. Jenkins slips out from ropes and lands a left on Hope's head. They both come off ropes in a clinch.
