    Moscow, Russia (Soviet Union, USSR).

    A football match between Wolverhampton Wanderers and Spartak is about to begin. SC. Towards, players coming out on to field. Spartak players carrying traditional bunches of flowers, led by captain Igor Netto. Spartak in white shorts, Wolves in black shorts. GV. Massed crowds. SC. Captains exchanging pennants and Wright is presented with bouquet. As he goes to shake hands, he drops pennant, shakes hands and stoops to pick up pennant. GV. Massed crowds. Banner "Welcome to Sportsmen of England" over entrance. CU. Wolves supporter's favour in his buttonhole. CU. Wolves supporters. GV. Players lined up. Kick off. Spartak kicking left to right. General play. CU. Stan Cullis, Wolves manager. GV. Spartak making a raid. Ball goes to Tatushin, who aims a shot at goal, but misses. SV. Crowds. SC. Tatushin has ball. Broadbent tackles him and kicks ball up-field. SV. Spartak player kicks back down field to another Spartak player who kicks. Ball goes right down field but is intercepted by Shorthouse who clears it up-field. Spartak player is ready and stops it. CU. Crowds watching. SC. Tatushin with ball. Shorthouse tries to take it from him, but slides past and falls over letting Tatushin take ball down field towards goal. GV. Crowds getting excited. Spartak's first goal. Ball is in net practically on cut. Players congratulate. GV. Crowds cheering and clapping. GV. Ball being taken down towards Wolves goal, leading up to Spartak's second goal. SV. Ball bounces towards open net from Netto's kick, it is in net on cut. SV. Players congratulate. Massed crowds in stadium at half time. GV. Play in progress with ball being taken towards Spartak's goal. SV. Spartak's goal. Goalie Tuchkus jumps to save and clears up-field. CU. Miss Mander (Wolves supporter) looking very miserable. SV. Wolves goal mouth. Spartak player Parshin attempts to shoot, but is intercepted by Wright and ball is easily saved by goalkeeper. Maslenkin kicks it towards corner where Ilyin collects it. Ball goes out of view. Seen again when Stuart has it. Tries to clear but Ilyin is there. CU. Army officer in crowd. GV. Wolves goal mouth. Ball in net practically on cut, for Spartak's third goal. CU. Stan Cullis. SV. Towards, players coming off field. Final score: Spartak 3, Wolves 0.
