Coach driving along street - low visibility due to heavy snow fall. Snow covered equestrian statue. Car and a lorry driving through the snow. People battling along in deep snow and strong wind. Close up shot of the feet running through the deep snow. Close up shot of a man trying to put his umbrella up. Close up shots of cars skidding. Another car covered in a snow. Long shot of cars snowed up in a street. Several shots of the men digging the cars out. A road name, Park Avenue, pan down to a woman going along on skis.
