If this film is indeed the R.M.S. Lusitania, (and it certainly looks like it), then the phrase "Soldiers departing on transport ship" should be replaced.
Again assuming that this IS the Lusitania, then the clip's date range should end at 1915, the date the ship was torpedoed and sunk.
