  • Description

Titles read: "SHELTER BABIES" (Dublin issue).

    Australia.

Various shots at an Australian nursery school. Children walk into a room and slide down a chute and into their air raid shelter. Babies are wrapped in blankets and pushed down the short chute by their nurses (they are safely caught by a nurse at the other end). The babies are put in bunks or high cots in the shelter. Group shot of children and nurses in the shelter; they seem to be singing a song and all put their thumbs up at the end.

Verbal warfare at its best. Here are some of history's greatest retorts and snarling insults. These people certainly didn't mince their words!
