    M/Ss of numerous international flags being unfurled before a large crowd on a rainy day in Stratford-upon-Avon; trumpeters sound a fanfare. The Mayor and other dignitaries pose for the cameras.

    Intertitle reads: "After the ceremony the delegates visited the Poet's tomb with floral tributes."
    M/S of a line of school boys marching along a road with bunches of flowers; they are followed by a brass band and the Mayor and party then other visitors. A small crowd of people with umbrellas watch the procession.
