Various shots show men and women working out in a gymnasium. One man repeatedly karate-chops a wooden pole with a frenzied look on his face - he looks like a nutcase. Gym master and karate expert Appolo instructs the man. Another man bangs his hand against a lump of wood several times. Jaunty, un-karate-style music is played throughout.

Apollo runs his hand through gravel in a bucket. The nutty-looking pupil starts to punch the gravel in the bucket. He does this over and over again, sending a spray of gravel everywhere. Go, man, go!

Note: paperwork states correct spelling as 'Appolo', but could be Appollo or Apollo.
