Pan across Rotterdam shipyard. Shot of a new ship 'Prince of the Netherlands" which is shortly to be launched by the Queen Juliana. Several M/S of the Queen Juliana of Holland wearing fur coat as she walks with dignitaries towards the ship. Queen and several men are lifted up to launching platform. L/A shot of the stern of nicely decorated new ship, name of the ship is seen. Several shots of the Queen Juliana launching ship. She breaks a bottle of Champagne, declares the boat launched and pules a rope. As she is pulling it, she whispers something to man next to her - as if she is confused or something is wrong. Several shots of the boat moving away. There are people on the boat - they wave to the Queen and dignitaries and the Queen waves back to them. Boat slips into the sea. Queen looks pleased.
