    Hampden Park, Glasgow, Scotland.

    GV Football teams (England led by Billy Wright) walking onto pitch. CU Two men with "England" on their ties waving rattles and cheering. LV Scotland kick off, McColl receives it and kicks upfield. GV Scotland attacking. SV Men waving rattles, one of them discovers that the rattle has come off the handle and he looks at the handle in dismay, turns to his friend to draw his attention to it. GV England player taking ball upfield and passes. GV Brian Douglas with ball, Harry Haddock comes to tackle him and Douglas passes to Haynes who shoots but goalie Younger gathers it. CU Supporter. GV Bobby Charlton taking a free kick, Douglas gets his head to it, Tom Younger dives and the ball goes into the net. Score Scotland Nil - England 1. CU Small boy cheering. GV Douglas with ball, he beats Haddock and kicks towards far corner. CU Small boy eating sandwich. GV Douglas with ball, he beats Murray, passes to Derek Kevan who shoots and it's England's second goal. CU Girls in crowd. GV Scottish defender clearing up field. SV Goalie Eddie Hopkinson ready. GV Play in England penalty area, Jackie Mudie heads towards goal, but the ball hits the bar and rebounds into play. CU Men in crowd. Half-time score 2 - 0.

    GV Alec Parker with the ball in English half. GV Bill Slater with ball he passes to Douglas who beats Haddock and cuts inside, Ian McColl kicks upfield to clear. CU Man cheering. GV Tom Finney with ball, Finney centres, Charlton receives it and crashes in a tremendous shot, to score England's third goal. CU Women cheering. LV Scotland attacking. GV Kevan inside Scots penalty area he shoots to Score England's fourth goal. CU Man in crowd waving. GV Johnny Haynes with the ball. GV Haynes with ball, Douglas gets the ball and has a shot for goal and a Scots defender kicks off the line.
