    South London.

A light-hearted item about toastmaster Ivor Spencer's six months' waitressing course.

Ivor tells a waitress her flower arrangement is too high, another waitress enters with a correct sized one. Various shots of a posh table being laid. In the kitchen, Ivor teaches a student waiter how to pick up plates correctly.

C/U of a man combing a waitress' hair. Ivor inspects a row of students. C/U of bottle openers and lighters in the waitresses' hands. Various shots of the waiters and waitresses in action, serving dinner to posh people as Ivor watches.

The man seen at 00:09 is hairdresser Leonard Pountney. I'm assuming he and Ivor Spencer were friends, as I've now seen them appearing together in three clips.
