    Titles read: "SCHOOL FOR JAY-DRIVERS!"

    Vienna, Austria.

Brief shots of traffic on a busy city street. A traffic policeman stops a motorcyclist as he tries to make a last minute turn, cutting up a car coming behind him. He has a word with the rider (in biking leathers) who protests (mute!).

We then see the motorbike rider in a class with lots of other 'jay-riders', being taught good driving methods by a man in uniform standing at a blackboard. The motorcyclist is called to the blackboard and is shown the wrong and right ways to make the manoeuvre he attempted, with the help of magnetic model vehicles.
