    France.

    Young men and women learning to be waiters and waitresses at school for training chefs and waiting staff in France. Lines of waiters and waitresses to be, walking in line towards a long counter where they are given plates and trays of food by the chefs. They carry the plates to long tables of diners. Waiters and waitresses are seen, carrying food, pouring it to diners' plates, pouring drinks, clearing plates etc. Stunt scene shows waitress taking plate before diner is finished. Diner grabs plate from her.
