    Sir Samuel stands with a woman (presumably his wife) he speaks about his busy week in Geneva (at the League of Nations ?) where they have been trying to resolve a dispute. As he says "if trying counts for anything, we've tried a great deal." He talks about meeting the French Prime Minister.
