Several women ride horses (bareback) out of the tent. Two chariots are drawn by horses into a circus tent then we see various shots of the two teams tearing around the ring in a race.
Fade into shot of two men in boiler suits and helmets riding mopeds or scooters along a suburban road and turning into a road with a sign at the end reading 'Road Research Laboratory - Traffic and Safety Division'.
